What Wonderful European Beef! will be present at FHV Exhibition this December

PROVACUNO, the Agro-food Inter-professional Organization of the Spanish Beef Industry, will attend the Food and Hotel Fair (FHV) Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh from the 7th to the 9th of December (BOOTH BM4-01) to keep promoting European Beef from Spain in Vietnam.

Provacuno represents companies from the production, industrial and commercial sectors of this product.  It represents almost the whole value chain of the beef sector in Spain, including both producers and processors. The Interprofessional is leading and executing the European Promotional Campaign “What Wonderful European Beef”, which main goal is the promotion of European High-Quality products in Vietnam.

European beef from Spain is unique due to its versatility, offering many alternatives on the plate. The variety of possibilities depending on the age of the animal, the nuances provided by a diet based on grains, and strict compliance with the EUROPEAN PRODUCTION MODEL make for excellent quality beef.

Michelin Star ChefsJuanlu Fernández and Israel Ramos, will be offering cooking shows during the Exhibition, allowing visitors the opportunity to taste the high-quality of the European beef from Spain. During the FHV Exhibition, they will teach all the visitors how to prepare succulent recipes made with European beef from Spain, while showing the excellence of the European beef from Spain.

Within the framework of the campaign, PROVACUNO will be also developing a series of promotional activities in Ho Chi Minh from 5th to 10th of December including a Masterclass in a culinary school, an event with KOL and a Gala Dinner in which meat importers, distributors and representatives from the HORECA Channel will have the opportunity to see first-hand the inimitable characteristics of the European Beef from Spain.

Commercial relations between European Union and Vietnam are increasing in recent years. The European Union has become the second largest meat supplier to Vietnam and the 8th bigger supplier in terms of agricultural products. The implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union in 2020 has led to the progressive reduction of the import taxes.  Vietnamese population has increased monetary capacity and interest in international cuisine, turning Vietnam into an important country for European beef exporters.
