Within the framework of the “What Wonderful European Beef” campaign taking place in Vietnam for the second time, the organizer will connect and bring culinary experts the performance of Chef Pham Long Cuong, the chef who was awarded in “East Meet West Vietnam 2021” and Champion of the Future Chef contest in 2020. Here, Chef Pham will prepare Vietnamese-style beef dishes from the best cuts of European meat. The event “What Wonderful European Beef” will take place on March 23 in Ho Chi Minh City.
