This month, Provacuno, the Agro-food Inter-professional Organization of the Spanish Beef Industry, will be present in the SAUDI HORECA exhibition, one of the biggest international food, beverage and hospitality fairs in the GCC, which is going to be held in Saudi Arabia from November 22 to 24 2022. This action is under the framework of the campaign supported by the European Union -What wonderful European beef- designed to promote the European beef from Spain in the KSA and in third countries.
This way, all visitors to the booth will have the great opportunity to discover the virtues of the European beef from Spain from renewed chefs such as Rafa Centeno – awarded with 1 Michelin star- and David Montero -the Master of paella- who will prepare excellent recipes to highlight the unique taste of our beef. Apart from that, the team of PROVACUNO will be present in the booth to receive all the visitors and to answer all the questions they may have.
Apart from that, on the 21 st November, Provacuno will organize the European Beef from Spain festival. The event is addressed to the key players of the meat industry, who will have the wonderful opportunity to see firsthand the high quality of the European beef from Spain while exchanging their opinion and impressions with the team of PROVACUNO.
The last activity planned for this trip to the SAUDI HORECA exhibition in KSA will be a workshop with influencers, on which Rafa Centeno will explain to 6 influencers in the KSA how to prepare 2 recipes with European beef from Spain, while answering all their doubts.
