INGREDIENTS

  • 0,5 kg veal chuck
  • 60 gr panko
  • 130 gr fresh onion
  • 1 spoon of black pepper
  • 1 spoon of cumin
  • 20 gr almond
  • Salt
  • 30 gr fresh ginger
  • 130 gr natural yogurt
  • 20 gr Sambal Oelek sauce
  • 20 gr fresh cilantro

Elaboration

  • Mince the veal in a mincing machine
  • Chop the onion and almonds into brunoise
  • Grate the ginger over the onion
  • Mix everything in a bowl and add salt, cumin and black pepper
  • Add the panko and form the kofta
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sambal sauce

Termination

  • Cook the kofta in the oven at 180º
  • Place the kofta on the plate and add the sambal and yogurt sauce on top
  • Finish by sprinkling a little fresh coriander
