Elaboration
- Thinly slice the steak
- Fry the green peppers in olive oil
- Fry the brioche roll in olive oil until golden
- Sear the sliced steak
- Prepare a mayonnaise with egg, sunflower oil and salt
- Make a small hole in the brioche roll and fill it with mayonnaise
- Arrange the steak on top of the brioche
- Garnish with sprouts
