INGREDIENTS

• 1 kg ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 150 g bread crumbs
• 200 g onions
• 400 ml milk
• 20 g cumin powder
• 25 g sweet paprika
• 15 g garlic powder
• 1 kg avocado
• 100 g fresh parsley
• 20 g dried oregano
• 20 g fresh black pepper
• 50 g mizuna

Elaboration

Soak the bread crumbs in milk and after that, fry the onion. Then, mix the minced beef with the spices, the bread crumbs and the fried onion and make a dough.

Bake it at 150 ºC degrees for 35 minutes, then cut into individual portions.

Mix the avocado with the well chopped garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, olive oil and lemon.
