Elaboration
First, cut the apple into large segments and put them in a pan with a splash of apple juice and a little sugar. Caramelize and reserve.
Pour some olive oil into the paella, level and light the fire at half power.
Cut the beef sirloin into strips, brown it and set aside.
Grate and sauté the tomato in a pan until it gets a very dark red color. Set aside. Then, in the same pan, put a teaspoon of sweet paprika, stir fry a few seconds and mix it with the tomato.
After that, add the rice and fry it mixing all the ingredients.
Pour the vegetable broth and apple juice; turn heat up to high and leave it for the first 5 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium for the next 5 minutes, then, incorporate the caramelized apple slices and the sirloin strips, season to taste with salt if necessary.
After that, lower the heat to the minimum and leave it for 5 more minutes.
Let it rest for around 5 minutes and enjoy this delicious rice.
