INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr of round steak beef
  • 3 large onions julienned

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar

Elaboration

  • First thing we have to do is dicing the meat in cubes.
  • Now we pour a lot of oil in our pot and we are going to fry the garlic and the onion with a bit of laurel until onion is brown.
  • In the same pan we add the meat with some salt and pepper.
  • We are adding some flour and a large slosh of red wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates.
