Elaboration
- First thing we have to do is dicing the meat in cubes.
- Now we pour a lot of oil in our pot and we are going to fry the garlic and the onion with a bit of laurel until onion is brown.
- In the same pan we add the meat with some salt and pepper.
- We are adding some flour and a large slosh of red wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates.
- It is time to add the meat broth, we low the temperature down and wait.
Termination
- When our stew is ready, we add some drops of sherry vinegar and mix.
