INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg topside beef
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Perrin´s sauce
  • 1 tablespoon concentrated tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Elaboration

  • Cut some thick steaks
  • Marinated them for 12 hours in a mixture of soy sauce with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, a bit of sunflower oil, some red wine, oregano, minced garlic, whole grain mustard, and tomato paste

Termination

  • Cook it at quite a high temperature
  •  Let it rest and slice it
  • Finish by adding some small potatoes
