  • 3kg lemon
  • 1000g mustard seed
  • 1000 gr capers in vinegar
  • 3 large bunches of mizuna

Elaboration

At first, you have to clean the rack of the beef and reserve the bones. If you want to reach the toasted butter, it would be good to clarify it. Then, you will add the lemon juice and capers to the butter. When you see there are three minutes left, do not forget to add the mustard seeds.
