INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr chuck cut beef
  • 2 onions julienned
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 30 gr of olive oil
  • 50 gr of butter
  • 50 gr of old-fashioned mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 750 ml of toasted beer

Elaboration

  • We add salt and pepper to our beef and fry it in a pan.
  • In the same pan add butter, sliced garlic, onion, thyme, laurel and the mustard.
  • We stir a little bit, add a pinch of flour and the carrots.
  • Once everything is tender we put the beef inside.

Termination

  • Finally we pour in our toast beer and we cook it at a low temperature.
