Elaboration
- We add salt and pepper to our beef and fry it in a pan.
- In the same pan add butter, sliced garlic, onion, thyme, laurel and the mustard.
- We stir a little bit, add a pinch of flour and the carrots.
- Once everything is tender we put the beef inside.
Termination
- Finally we pour in our toast beer and we cook it at a low temperature.
