Juanlu Fernández, Michelin Star Chef at Restaurante Lú Cocina y Alma, has prepared a delicious kofta with Euroepean beef shoulder from Spain.
Preparation
- Slice and chop the bee
- Grate one clove of garlic
- Add the spices (anticucho)
- Roll the meat into a cylinder and skewer the meat lengthwise
- Fry until golden
- Add the herbs (anticucho)
Plating
- Arrange a lettuce leaf on the plate and add red onion and ají panca mayo
- Place the kofta on top
