Juanlu Fernández, Michelin Star Chef at Restaurante Lú Cocina y Alma, has prepared a delicious kofta with Euroepean beef shoulder from Spain.

Preparation

  • Slice and chop the bee
  • Grate one clove of garlic
  • Add the spices (anticucho)
  • Roll the meat into a cylinder and skewer the meat lengthwise
  • Fry until golden
  • Add the herbs (anticucho)

Plating

  • Arrange a lettuce leaf on the plate and add red onion and ají panca mayo
  • Place the kofta on top
