Elaboration
First, cut the onions into thin strips and chop the garlic. Fry them in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil. Dice the beef liver and add salt and pepper.
Once the onions are ready, add the beef, the bay leaves and oregano.
Leave on a low heat and stir from time to time. When the beef liver has changed its colour, pour some wine. Doing that will soften the beef, enhancing the dish flavour.
Leave on a low heat for 15-20 minutes until the alcohol has evaporated.
Termination
Place the beef liver on a plate along with French fries or baked potatoes and enjoy it!
